How We Got Started
Range Road Enterprises is a small family-run Canadian company that started out when two guys with bad backs thought there must be a better, affordable way to cut and split firewood.
In 2011, they were selling Log Splitters and started looking at ideas on how to make them better. This led them to develop their first basic processor. They started working with a Chinese factory to produce their first model – The RR1000, a 6hp, 6 Ton Firewood Processor. This marked the beginning of the 8-year evolution into today’s EcoPro models.
In 2013, they made the decision to look after their customers properly, they needed to have local dealers that people could go to for demos, purchasing, support, and replacement parts. Today, the Range Road dealer network consists of nearly 50, mostly small family-owned independent businesses throughout the U.S and Canada
